Fendt 08.1.A2 – A050 ECU: Y077 - EHR cut-off valve, rear - EEPROM error (valve)

The internal memory (EEPROM) of the valve's electronic actuator has failed or become corrupted. As a safety measure, the valve automatically moves to the neutral position and locks, and the pilot pressure is turned OFF. The rear power lift will be inoperable.

   Check fault memory to verify if the code is active or stored. Clear the code to see if it immediately returns upon cycling the ignition.

   Check the tractor's voltage supply to the rear valve block. Ensure stable voltage and inspect for high overvoltage or poor grounds that can cause memory faults.

   Attempt End-Of-Line (EOL) programming using the FENDIAS diagnostic tool to re-flash or re-calibrate the valve's EEPROM.

   Depressurize

   Turn off the engine and relieve all hydraulic pressure in the system (including lowering the rear hitch to the ground).

   Locate the Valve

   Locate the Y077 EHR cut-off valve, which is situated at the rear of the tractor on the rear valve block.

   Disconnect

   Carefully unplug the electrical harness connected to the Y077 valve's EHR module.

   Remove

   Unbolt and remove the faulty control valve from the hydraulic block.

   Install

   Mount the replacement Rexroth EHR control valve, ensuring all O-rings/seals are properly seated.

   Reconnect

   Reconnect the electrical harness to the new valve.

7. 7

   Calibrate

   Connect the FENDIAS diagnostic tool and perform EOL programming so the A050 ECU recognizes the new valve and calibrates its neutral position.
