Fendt 0A.1.DD – A050 basic control unit / Instrument panel/ABS/operator's seat module: B063 (or S119) - Pressure switch, filter contamination (hydraulic circuit): Filter clogged
Issue description
The pressure switch monitoring the hydraulic oil filter has detected a pressure differential signifying that the hydraulic filter element is restricted or completely clogged with contamination.

Check the cause
Inspect the hydraulic filter maintenance schedule to see if the tractor is overdue for a filter change.
Check hydraulic fluid condition and level for heavy contamination, sludge, or metal shavings, which could indicate a larger component failure.
Verify the B063 / S119 pressure switch and its wiring harness for physical damage, ensuring the connector is secure and free of corrosion.
Repair steps
Relieve Pressure
Park the tractor on a level surface, lower all hydraulic implements to the ground, turn off the engine, and relieve all hydraulic system pressure before servicing.
Locate the Filter
Locate the hydraulic oil filter housing on the tractor.
Remove the Old Filter
Open the filter housing and remove the clogged hydraulic filter element.
Inspect for Debris
Check the old element and the inside of the filter housing for unusual or excessive contamination (e.g., metal flakes). Clean the inside of the housing.
Install the New Filter
Insert a new, direct-replacement hydraulic filter element into the housing and secure the cap/housing according to OEM torque specs.
Top Up Fluid
Check the hydraulic fluid level. If fluid was lost or is degraded, top it up or replace it with approved clean hydraulic fluid (e.g., Fendt Extra Trans 10W-40 or STOU oil).
Test
Start the tractor, allow the hydraulic system to pressurize, and operate the hydraulics to ensure the 0A.1.DD warning code clears and does not return.
