0A.1.DE

Fendt 0A.1.DE – OVERALL SYSTEM/TRACTOR or ENHANCED CONTROL: B063 - Pressure switch, filter contamination (hydraulic circuit) - Faulty switch, Signal fault

Issue description

The system is detecting an electrical irregularity (such as an open circuit, short, or implausible voltage) from the switch itself, rather than just a clogged filter. This triggers a 'Warning display only' on the tractor's dash.

Applies to these machines

  • 922 Vario COM III
  • 924 Vario COM III
  • 927 Vario COM III
  • 930 Vario COM III
  • 933 Vario COM III
  • 936 Vario COM III
  • 200 V/F/P Vario Series (207, 208, 209, 210, 211)
  • 300 Vario Series
  • 400 Vario Series
  • 500 Vario Series
  • 700 Vario Series
  • 800 Vario Series
  • 900 Vario Series (916, 922, 924, 927, 930, 933, 936, 939, 942)
  • 1000 Vario Series

Check the cause

  1. Locate the B063 pressure switch and its separation point (connector X1500) on the left side of the tractor, on top of the clutch housing, below the cab.

  2. Inspect the X1500 connector and the wiring harness leading to the switch for corrosion, broken wires, or loose pins that could cause a signal fault.

  3. Test the voltage/pressure signal at the switch: return pressure below 2.5 bar should read between 1.8 VDC and 6.1 VDC. Return pressure over 2.5 bar should read 3.7 VDC. A reading of 0 VDC or outside these ranges confirms a faulty switch or wiring.

Repair steps

  1. Preparation

Park the tractor on a level surface, turn off the engine, and engage the parking brake. Ensure the hydraulic system is completely depressurized before opening the circuit.

  2. Access the Switch

Navigate to the left side of the tractor, below the cab, and locate the top of the clutch housing where the B063 switch is threaded into the hydraulic block.

  3. Disconnect

Unplug the electrical connector at separation point X1500.

  4. Removal

Place a catch pan underneath to catch any residual hydraulic oil. Unscrew the faulty B063 pressure switch from the housing.

  5. Installation

Thread the new pressure switch into the housing. (Always use genuine Fendt replacement parts and observe standard hydraulic torque specifications).

  6. Reconnection

    Reconnect the X1500 electrical connector.

  7. Clear Codes

Turn the ignition on and use the tractor's terminal or the FENDIAS diagnostic software to confirm and delete the stored 0A.1.DE fault code.

  8. Testing

Start the tractor, bring the hydraulic oil up to operating temperature (40-50°C), and test the hydraulic functions to ensure there are no leaks and the warning display does not return.
