Fendt 0A.1.F6 – Hydraulics: Y060 Hydraulic oil pre-heater solenoid valve (rear) Actuation Fault

The system has detected an electrical actuation error (such as a short circuit or break in wiring) communicating with the rear hydraulic oil pre-heater solenoid valve, resulting in no further valve heating being possible.

   Locate the Y060 solenoid valve at the rear of the tractor on the rear valve block by detaching the rear cover panel.

   Inspect connector X1497, which plugs into the Y060 solenoid, for corrosion, backed-out pins, or moisture.

   Test the wiring harness for a break in the wiring, a short circuit to ground, or a short circuit to battery voltage (+UB).

   Check the hydraulic oil temperature sensor (B013) to ensure it is reading correctly (approximately 5.9 kOhms at 0°C). A faulty sensor can cause erratic actuation commands.

   Preparation

   Park the tractor on a level surface, engage the handbrake, turn the ignition OFF, and relieve any residual hydraulic pressure.

   Access the Valve

   Go to the rear of the tractor and detach the cover panel protecting the rear hydraulic valve block.

   Disconnect

   Locate the Y060 Hydraulic oil pre-heater solenoid valve. Carefully unplug the X1497 electrical connector.

   Removal

   Unbolt and remove the faulty Y060 solenoid valve from the rear valve block. Have a catch pan ready for any minor hydraulic oil spillage.

   Installation

   Install the replacement solenoid valve and torque to OEM specifications.

   Reconnection

   Plug the X1497 connector back into the new solenoid valve.

   Clear Codes

   Turn the ignition ON. Use the FENDIAS or SERDIA service diagnostics program to clear the fault log and run a function test on the actuators to ensure the new valve is communicating properly.
