Fendt 0A.1.FA – Hydraulics Control System (Electrical Valves module): S067 - Switch (external), valve actuation, raise
Issue description
This fault code indicates a signal fault or a faulty button on the external hydraulic valve actuation circuit. Specifically, the S067 switch (the "raise" button, typically located on the rear mudguard/fender) is sending an implausible signal, has a wiring break/short, or is physically stuck.
Applies to these machines
13 machines- 922 Vario COM III
- 924 Vario COM III
- 927 Vario COM III
- 930 Vario COM III
- 933 Vario COM III
- 936 Vario COM III
- Fendt 200 V/F/P Vario series
- Fendt 300 Vario (COM III)
- Fendt 400 Vario (COM III)
- Fendt 700 Vario (COM III, S4)

- Fendt 900 Vario (COM III, S4)
- Various older Favorit and Farmer series models
Check the cause
Inspect the S067 external raise button on the rear fender for physical damage, dirt ingress, or sticking
Ensure the S068 (lower) button is not also stuck (simultaneous actuation triggers a related fault 0A.1.FC)
Inspect the wiring harness from the S067 switch to the control unit for breaks, chafing, or short circuits
Turn the tractor off completely and perform a cold start to see if the system resets and clears the fault state
Repair steps
Turn off the tractor ignition and disconnect the battery to protect the electronic control modules.
Locate the S067 external raise switch on the rear mudguard/fender.
Carefully remove the switch from its housing and disconnect the electrical connector.
Use a multimeter to test the switch for proper continuity when pressed and released.
If the switch is stuck closed or open, it has failed internally and must be replaced.
If the switch tests fine, trace the signal line wiring back to the hydraulic control module to repair any damaged wires or corroded connectors.
Install the new OEM replacement switch into the fender housing and reconnect the wiring harness.
Reconnect the battery and perform a cold start (cycle the ignition off and on) to clear the fault code from the ECU.
Test the external raise and lower buttons to confirm proper hydraulic operation.
