Function non-operable. The system has detected an unknown error or failure in the front left direction indicator (turn signal) circuit. This typically means the circuit is open (e.g., a blown bulb or broken wire) or shorted, preventing the turn signal from functioning.

   Check the front left direction indicator bulb to see if the filament is broken or burnt out.

   Using a multimeter, check the connector at the front left turn signal for an intermittent 12 VDC signal when activated.

   Inspect the wiring harness leading to the front left indicator for breaks, chafing, or corrosion (refer to circuit diagram Sheet 15).

   Check the separation points and connectors at the central electrical system (e.g., separation points X1691 and X1692 on E089) for loose pins or moisture intrusion.

   Access the Light Assembly

   Remove the lens or housing cover for the front left direction indicator.

   Replace the Bulb

   If the bulb is blown, replace it with a new 12V 21W (PY21W) bulb.

   Repair Wiring

   If the bulb is good but there is no voltage at the connector, trace the wiring back to the central electrical system using the tractor's circuit diagram (Sheet 15). Repair any broken wires or clean corroded ground connections.

   Replace Assembly (if necessary)

   If the lamp housing itself is cracked, water-damaged, or the internal contacts are destroyed, unbolt the old assembly, disconnect the blade terminals, and install a new indicator assembly.

   Clear the Code

   Once the repair is complete and the turn signal functions normally, use the tractor's terminal or the FENDIAS service diagnostics program to confirm and delete the stored fault code from the tractor's memory.
