Function non-operable. Indicates an electrical fault where the pump motor is not drawing the expected load (open circuit, short circuit, or a burned-out pump motor), preventing the rear screen washer from functioning.

   Locate the rear wiper pump (M005) in the windscreen washer bottle on the left rear mudguard.

   Inspect the wiring harness and Connector X303 for the rear pump for corrosion, loose pins, or wire damage.

   Perform a voltage test at the pump connector: it should read 0 VDC when the switch is OFF and 12 VDC when ON. (If 12 VDC is present but the pump does not run, the pump is faulty. If no voltage is present, the issue is upstream).

   Verify the function of K009 (Relay, windscreen wiper) located in the central electrical system.

   Turn off the tractor and ensure the electrical system is powered down.

   Navigate to the rear left of the tractor (left rear mudguard) to locate the windscreen washer bottle.

   Remove any protective paneling covering the reservoir.

   Unbolt and remove the windscreen washer bottle from its mounting bracket to gain clear access to the pumps.

   Disconnect the electrical connector (X303) from the rear wiper pump (M005).

   Disconnect the fluid hoses from the pump (have a catch pan ready for spilling washer fluid).

   Pull the old pump out of the rubber sealing grommet in the washer bottle.

   Press the new pump firmly into the grommet, ensuring a watertight seal.

   Reconnect the fluid hoses and plug in the X303 electrical connector.

    Reinstall the washer bottle, replace the paneling, refill the reservoir with washer fluid, and test the rear wiper function to ensure the fault code clears.
