   Connect the tractor to the SERDIA diagnostics tool

   Check the ECU EMR2 for active internal faults and verify if the module can still communicate with the diagnostic software

   Refer to the OEM service manual's 'Chapter 2000 Reg. B - EMR troubleshooting plan' for specific pin-out and voltage checks to rule out external shorts causing internal module faults

   Save Existing Data

   Using the diagnostic tool, attempt to extract and save the old data record from the ECU EMR2. Note: The OEM documentation explicitly warns: 'important: save old data record!!'.

   Flash/Reload Data Record

   Load a new data record (EOL reprogramming) onto the ECU EMR2 to overwrite the corrupted internal memory.

   Cycle Power

   Switch the ignition OFF, then back ON, and re-check for the error.

   Replace Module

   If the error reappears or the module refuses the new data record, the internal hardware is permanently failed. You must replace the ECU EMR2.
