   Check the ECU EMR2 module using the FENDIAS or SERDIA (Deutz) diagnostic software

   Verify the power supply and CAN bus connections to the EDC/EMR module, as voltage drops or CAN interruptions can sometimes trigger internal processing faults

   Refer to Chapter 2000 Reg. B - EMR troubleshooting plan in the Fendt workshop manual for specific pinout testing

   Connect Diagnostic Tool

   Connect your diagnostic interface to the tractor.

   Backup Data

   Save the old data record from the ECU EMR2 (Important: save old data record!!).

   Flash ECU

   Load a new data record (re-flash the firmware/parameters) onto the ECU EMR2.

   Cycle Power

   Switch the ignition OFF, then back ON.

   Evaluate

   If the 1.2.68 error reappears after the new data record has been loaded, the internal hardware of the ECU is permanently damaged.

   Replace

   Replace the ECU EMR2/EDC module.
