Fendt 1.2.76 – A022 - ECU EMR2: Parameter settings incorrect

This is a software or memory-related error where the engine control unit has detected corrupted, missing, or invalid calibration data/parameters in its programming. When this code is triggered, the tractor will initiate an emergency shutoff, and the engine will not start.

   Cycle the power by switching the ignition OFF, waiting a few moments, and switching it back ON

   Observe if the error code clears or reappears upon rebooting the system

   Connect the tractor to the Deutz SERDIA or FENDIAS diagnostic program via the X810 diagnostic socket to read specific parameter data blocks

   Backup Existing Data

   Using the SERDIA diagnostic tool, attempt to save/backup the old data record currently on the ECU.

   Reprogram the ECU

   Load a new, correct data record (flash the ECU) specific to the tractor's engine serial number.

   Verify Repair

   Switch the ignition OFF and then ON again. Check if the error reappears.

   Replace the ECU

   If the error persists after loading the new data record, the internal memory of the ECU is permanently damaged. You must replace the ECU EMR2.

   Program the New ECU

   A new EMR2 module must be programmed over the ISO9141 interface with the motor-specific data set. Modules cannot be swapped between engines without being programmed to match the specific engine serial number.
