Fendt 15.1.69 – Suspension / Auto-Guide (or VarioGuide): Y063 - Wobble stabiliser solenoid valve: Function non-operable.
Issue description
The tractor's control system is unable to actuate the Y063 solenoid valve, which is responsible for the wobble stabilization feature of the front axle suspension. The underlying condition is typically an electrical fault, such as an open circuit, a short circuit in the wiring harness, or a burned-out solenoid coil.

Check the cause
Locate the Y063 Wobble stabiliser solenoid valve on the left side of the tractor, behind the left fuel tank.
Inspect the X1503 electrical connector and wiring harness for broken wires, corrosion, or loose pins.
Test the solenoid coil with a multimeter (an infinite reading indicates an open circuit or blown coil, while a reading of zero indicates a short).
Back-probe the X1503 connector to ensure the Suspension ECU is sending the correct voltage signal when the suspension system is commanded to actuate.
Repair steps
Preparation
Park the tractor on a level surface, lower any implements, and turn off the engine.
Depressurize the System
If you determine that the entire hydraulic cartridge valve needs to be replaced (not just the electrical coil), safely depressurize the front axle suspension hydraulic circuit.
Access the Valve
Access the hydraulic valve block located behind the left fuel tank. Clean the area thoroughly with brake cleaner to prevent dirt from entering the hydraulic system.
Disconnect Electrics
Unplug the X1503 electrical connector from the Y063 solenoid.
Remove the Solenoid/Valve
If replacing only the coil: Remove the retaining nut at the end of the valve stem and slide the old electromagnetic coil off. If replacing the whole valve: Use a wrench to unscrew the cartridge valve from the manifold block.
Installation
Install the new solenoid coil or cartridge valve. Torque the cartridge or retaining nut to the specifications outlined in your specific model's service manual.
Reconnect
Plug the X1503 connector back in.
Clear Codes and Test
Turn on the tractor, use the terminal or FENDIAS diagnostic software to clear fault code 15.1.69, and test the front axle suspension to ensure the wobble stabilizer functions correctly.
