   Verify that you are testing the suspension lock at speeds below 20 km/h, as the A050 ECU intentionally cuts power to the Y067 valve above this speed

   Inspect the wiring harness and connector leading to the Y067 solenoid for chafing, corrosion, or loose pins

   Measure the resistance of the Y067 solenoid coil with a multimeter to check for an internal short or open circuit

   Back-probe the connector to verify that the A050 ECU is sending the correct voltage to the solenoid when the suspension lock is commanded on

   Preparation

   Park the tractor on a level surface, turn off the engine, apply the parking brake, and relieve all hydraulic pressure from the system.

   Access the Valve Block

   Unbolt and pull forward the left fuel tank to gain access to the VBF (Valve block, suspension) located on the left side of the tractor.

   Locate the Valve

   Identify the Y067 Lock suspension solenoid valve on the VBF block.

   Removal

   Disconnect the electrical harness from the solenoid. Carefully unscrew the faulty solenoid valve from the valve block. Have a catch pan ready, as residual hydraulic oil will leak out.

   Installation

   Lubricate the O-rings on the new solenoid valve with clean hydraulic oil. Thread it into the valve block and tighten it to the manufacturer's specified torque.

   Reassembly

   Reconnect the electrical harness to the new solenoid. Push the left fuel tank back into position and secure its mounting hardware.

   Testing

   Start the tractor, check the valve block area for hydraulic leaks, and test the suspension lock function (ensure the tractor is stationary or moving under 20 km/h).

   Use the tractor's terminal or FENDIAS diagnostic software to clear the 15.1.6A fault code from the A050 ECU memory.
