   Connect the SERDIA diagnostic tool and attempt to delete/clear the error

   Inspect the main separation point/connector (X1466) for the A051 EDC 7 unit for water ingress, corrosion, or pin damage

   Verify power and ground to the ECU, ensuring proper voltage and checking the battery disconnect switch for faults that could cause voltage drops

   Connect diagnostic interface

   Connect the SERDIA diagnostic interface to the tractor.

   Clear fault code

   Attempt to clear fault code 1E.1.D1 (FC:008D).

   Cycle key and test

   Cycle the key and operate the tractor to see if the code returns.

   Remove ECU

   If the code returns immediately, the A051 Engine Control Unit (EDC 7) has suffered an internal failure and must be removed.

   Replace ECU

   Replace the ECU with a new or cloned unit.

   Program ECU

   Perform EOL (End of Line) programming using FENDIAS/SERDIA to match the engine configuration, tractor model, and immobilizer (A077). Alternatively, the original ECU data can be cloned to a donor EDC7 unit by a specialized repair facility.
