Fendt 4.1.E2 – A002 - ECU, enhanced control: Pressure regulator control parameters in tractive power control not plausible (B008 / B039) or read incorrectly.
Issue description
The electronic control system has detected that the stored parameters for the transmission's pressure regulator (ML - transmission adjustment) are invalid, implausible, or corrupted. This fault is directly tied to the readings or calibration values associated with two specific transmission sensors: B008 (High-pressure sensor 1) and B039 (High-pressure sensor 2).

Check the cause
Verify the 12V power supply to the sensors via the A013 fuse board (Check Fuse 32 for B008 and Fuse 31 for B039)
Inspect the separation points and connectors for both sensors (X157 for B008 and X177 for B039) for corrosion, moisture, or broken wires
Locate the B008 and B039 sensors on the right side of the transmission, mounted on the valve block (requires removing the right rear wheel and metal cover panels)
Use the Variotronic Ti terminal (A008) or FENDIAS diagnostic software to monitor live pressure readings from B008 and B039 to see if they are reading 0 bar, maxing out, or fluctuating erratically
Repair steps
Access the Valve Block
Safely lift and support the tractor, remove the right rear wheel, and take off the metal shielding panels to access the transmission valve block.
Resolve Hardware Faults
If the diagnostic checks revealed a blown fuse (A013 board), damaged wiring harness, or a dead sensor (B008 or B039), replace the faulty component.
EOL Programming (Mandatory)
The official Fendt fault code documentation explicitly states that the consequence/remedy for code 04.1.E2 is EOL programming (End-Of-Line programming). Because the parameters have become implausible or corrupted, the A002 ECU must be recalibrated.
Recalibration
Connect the FENDIAS dealer diagnostic tool. Reload the transmission control parameters and perform the transmission calibration routine. Note: The B008 high-pressure sensor must be installed and functioning correctly to successfully calibrate the transmission.
