Fendt 8.3.32 – Rear EPC (Electrohydraulic Power Control): Rear EPC left draft-sensing pin (or load sensor pin) — Signal line fault.
Issue description
The system has detected a signal line fault or a power supply failure to the left draft sensing pin. The sensor is typically fed with an 8.5 VDC to 9.5 VDC supply (depending on the model year). When this fault occurs, the tractor restricts the control quality of the traction control, and the rear linkage defaults to "position control only".

Check the cause
Check for Mechanical Binding: Ensure the draft-sensing pin is not simply overloaded as a result of twisting the lift in the upper range (90-100% lift height) due to a linkage setting that is too tight. Relieve the left draft sensing pin of any load to see if the code clears.
Check Power Supply: Measure the voltage at the sensor connector. The B032 pin is fed with a supply voltage of 8.5 VDC (or 9.5 VDC on older models) at pins 1 (-) and 3 (+).
Check Fuses: Verify the fuse supplying the sensor. On many Vario models, this is supplied by A013, fuse 13.
Inspect Wiring and Connectors: Inspect the wiring harness for breaks or shorts, paying special attention to Separation Point X180, which is the primary electrical connector for the B032 left draft sensing pin.
Repair steps
Relieve Load
Lower the rear power lift completely and detach any implements to remove all physical load and shear force from the lower links.
Access the Sensor
Detach the cover panel over the left lower link bearing.
Disconnect Electrics
Disconnect the sensor wiring harness at separation point X180.
Remove the Pin
Extract the faulty B032 left draft sensing pin from the lower link bearing assembly.
Install the New Pin
Insert the replacement draft sensing pin, ensuring it is seated symmetrically with the bearing shear planes.
Reconnect and Reassemble
Reconnect the X180 electrical connector and reattach the lower link bearing cover.
Clear Codes
Use the tractor's terminal or the FENDIAS diagnostic tool to clear the stored 8.3.32 fault code and verify that full traction control quality is restored.
