Fendt 8.3.51 – Rear EPC: B032 sensor (Rear EPC left draught sensing pin) overloaded
Issue description
Warning that the left draught sensing pin is overloaded. This overload is typically the result of mechanical stress or twisting on the lifting gear in the upper lift range (90-100% lift height) because the lift settings are configured too tight or too narrow.

Check the cause
Relieve the draft-sensing pin of its load (e.g., lower the rear power lift) to see if the active warning clears
Verify the upper limit settings of the rear power lift (90-100% lift height) to ensure they are not set too tight
Visually inspect the rear lifting gear and the left lower link bearing for signs of twisting, stress, or physical obstruction when raised to maximum height
Check the sensor's electrical supply (should be 8.5V or 9.5V depending on model year) and inspect for signal line faults or short circuits
Repair steps
Lower the rear hitch
Lower the rear hitch completely to remove all physical load and tension from the lower link arms and draft sensing pins.
Adjust maximum lift height limit
Access the tractor's EPC terminal settings and adjust the maximum lift height limit. Widen the setting in the 90-100% range so the lifting gear does not over-travel and twist against the chassis.
Test the lift
Test the lift through its full range of motion to ensure the mechanical stress has been eliminated and the warning does not return.
Locate the B032 left draft sensing pin
If the sensor itself has failed due to the stress or an internal electrical fault, locate the B032 left draft sensing pin at the left lower link bearing.
Disconnect the electrical harness
Disconnect the electrical harness at separation point X180.
Remove the faulty B032 pin
Remove the retaining hardware securing the draft pin and slide the faulty B032 pin out of the lower link bearing.
Install the new draft sensing pin
Lubricate and install the new draft sensing pin, secure the retaining hardware, and reconnect the X180 electrical connector.
Perform an EOL calibration
Perform an EOL (End of Line) calibration for the rear power lift position and draft sensors using the FENDIAS diagnostic tool to ensure accurate draft control.

Always replace with a genuine AGCO/Fendt electronic load sensor pin, as aftermarket pins may not calibrate correctly with the Rear EPC's 8.5V/9.5V reference voltage.
