Fendt 9.1.51 – ECU / Dashpanel (A007): Spool valve fault: EEPROM inconsistent or Electronics in valve faulty
Issue description
The internal memory (EEPROM) of the Y019 auxiliary control valve's electronics has become corrupted or the internal circuitry has failed. As a safety measure, the system forces the Y019 valve into the neutral position, disabling the associated hydraulic function.

Check the cause
Verify the supply voltage to the valve. Ensure the tractor's charging system and harness are providing stable voltage (should not drop below 8V or spike above 18V).
Check the CAN bus wiring harness and connector at the Y019 valve for corrosion or damage that could cause memory read errors.
Clear the fault codes using the FENDIAS diagnostic tool and cycle the tractor's power. If code 9.1.51 immediately returns, the valve's EEPROM is permanently damaged.
Repair steps
Lower implements and turn off engine
Lower all hydraulic implements to the ground and turn off the engine.
Relieve hydraulic pressure
Relieve all hydraulic system pressure by cycling the hydraulic controls in the cab.
Clean area
Thoroughly clean the area around the hydraulic valve block to prevent dirt from entering the system.
Disconnect harness
Disconnect the CAN bus electrical harness from the Y019 auxiliary control valve.
Remove faulty valve
Unbolt the faulty spool valve from the hydraulic manifold/stack.
Install new valve
Install the new Selective Control Valve (SCV) using new O-rings/seals. Torque the mounting bolts to OEM specifications.
Reconnect harness
Reconnect the electrical harness.
Top up fluid
Top up the hydraulic fluid if any was lost during removal.
Calibrate new valve
Connect the FENDIAS diagnostic laptop. Clear the old fault codes and perform an End-of-Line (EOL) programming/calibration so the tractor's main ECU recognizes the new valve on the CAN bus.
Parts you might need
(1)Selective Control Valve / Auxiliary Spool Valve (Front Power Lift / VENDI)
G414962020034Exact part numbers may vary slightly depending on whether the Y019 valve is configured for the front power lift or a rear remote on your specific chassis. Verify with the dealer if the valve requires pre-flashing for your specific tractor tier/model.
