Fendt A.1.10 – A002 - ECU, enhanced control: Y015 - Spool valve fault, valve 1 — Valve cannot be recognised by valve bus.

The tractor's control system has lost CAN bus communication with the first auxiliary spool valve (Y015). Because the valve cannot be recognized on the network, the system disables it, resulting in no valve operation available.

   Check the CAN II Bus wiring at the A002 ECU, specifically focusing on pins 4 and 5.

   Inspect Valve Connector X326 at the Y015 valve (pins 23, 24, or 26 depending on model) for pushed-out pins, corrosion, or moisture ingress.

   Verify power and ground supply to the valve to ensure it is receiving proper voltage.

   Perform a continuity test on the wiring harness between the A002 ECU and the Y015 valve connector to check for open or short circuits.

   Locate the Valve

   The Y015 valve (Valve 1) is the 1st control valve located on the underside of the central control block.

   Gain Access

   On larger models like the 900 Vario, unscrew the right-hand step and pull the right auxiliary fuel/hydraulic tank outwards to access the central control block.

   Remove the Valve

   Relieve all hydraulic pressure from the system. Disconnect the X326 electrical connector and unbolt the Y015 valve from the control block.

   Install the New Valve

   Mount the replacement valve, ensuring all O-rings are properly seated and lubricated. Reconnect the X326 connector.

   Software Calibration

   Perform EOL (End of Line) reprogramming via the FENDIAS diagnostic laptop to teach the new valve's MAC address/identity to the A002 ECU so it can be recognized by the valve bus.
