   Remove and inspect the hydraulic oil filters for heavy soiling or metal debris to confirm contamination.

   Perform a manual actuation test to check if the main piston of Spool Valve 1 (Y015) is physically jammed or if it can be moved manually.

   Verify the issue is mechanical binding due to debris rather than an electrical short (which would typically log codes like A.1.16 or A.1.17).

   Depressurize the System

   Safely park the tractor, lower all front and rear implements to the ground, turn off the engine, and relieve all hydraulic system pressure.

   Drain and Inspect

   Drain the hydraulic fluid. Inspect the fluid and the hydraulic filters to identify the extent and source of the contamination.

   Remove the Valve

   Locate Spool Valve 1 (Y015) on the rear hydraulic valve block. Carefully disconnect the electrical harness and remove the valve actuator and spool assembly.

   Clean and Inspect the Spool

   Disassemble the valve and thoroughly clean the main piston and the valve bore using a hydraulic-safe solvent. Look for deep scoring, galling, or physical damage on the piston caused by the debris.

   Replace or Rebuild

   If the piston and bore are heavily scored and permanently jammed, the valve actuation module or the entire spool valve section must be replaced. If the parts are undamaged, reassemble the cleaned valve.

   System Flush

   Install new hydraulic filters and fill the system with fresh, OEM-specified hydraulic fluid to prevent residual contamination from jamming the valve again.

   Clear Codes and Test

   Turn on the tractor, clear the fault codes via the terminal, and cycle the auxiliary valve to ensure the actuator smoothly returns to the neutral position.
