   Check the wiring and connections for Valve 2 (Y016) using the tractor's wiring diagram (typically Sheet 24 or Sheet 28).

   Verify CAN Bus communication to ensure there are no accompanying CAN bus errors (like A.1.20 or A.1.2F) which would indicate a bus connection issue rather than an individual valve failure.

   Check supply voltage to verify the valve is receiving proper voltage and is not experiencing overvoltage (> 18V or > 45V) or undervoltage (< 8V).

   Test the pilot control solenoid coil using a multimeter for an internal short or open circuit.

   Isolate the Valve

   Locate auxiliary control valve 2 (Y016 - typically color-coded blue on the remote block).

   Inspect the Solenoid

   Disconnect the electrical harness to the Y016 valve solenoid. Inspect the pins for corrosion, moisture ingress, or damage.

   Replace the Solenoid/Valve

   Replace the pilot control solenoid coil/actuator if serviced separately, or replace the entire selective control valve (spool valve) section if the solenoid is integrated.

   Clear Fault Codes

   After replacing the component, use the tractor's terminal to confirm and delete the stored fault codes.

   EOL Programming

   If a new valve module is installed, perform End-Of-Line (EOL) programming via FENDIAS to assign it to position 2 (blue) on the valve bus.
