Fendt A.1.C0 – A004 module: Control console — Not available or bus not connected

Indicates a CAN bus communication failure or a complete loss of connection between the control console and the tractor's electronic network (specifically the enhanced control bus connecting to the main ECU). This results in a loss of console functions, no automatic mode, no general locking of valves, and disables the keypad, digital/analogue inputs, and LED actuation on the side console.

   Test the CAN connection (enhanced control bus) wiring harness between the A002 (ECU enhanced control) and the A004 (Control console) for continuity, shorts, or disconnected plugs.

   Resolve Power Issues

   If fuses F040 or F041 are blown, replace them and re-test the console.

   Repair Wiring

   If the diagnostic tests reveal a break or short in the CAN bus wiring between the A002 and A004 modules, repair the damaged section of the harness.
