   Check the A013 printed circuit board (fuse board) for loss of voltage supply to the CAN-bus

   Inspect fuses F040 and F041 on the A013 fuse board, as these directly supply power to the CAN-bus for the A004 control console

   Check CAN-bus wiring and connections between the A002 EST Control Module (e.g., Pin 26, Connector X031) and the A004 Side/Control Console for interruptions, short circuits to earth, or corroded pins

   Test the A013 fuse board for internal failures or burned-out traces if fuses are intact but power is not reaching the console

   Disconnect power

   Turn off the tractor ignition and disconnect the battery to prevent electrical shorts.

   Inspect and replace fuses

   Locate the A013 printed circuit board (fuse board) and inspect fuses F040 and F041. Replace them if they are blown. Reconnect power and test the console.

   Access wiring harness

   If the fuses are intact, access the wiring harness connecting the A002 Enhanced Control ECU (typically located in the cab on the right mudguard behind a panel) and the A004 Control Console.

   Inspect and clean connectors

   Disconnect the wiring harness connectors and inspect the pins for corrosion, moisture, or damage. Clean the contacts with electrical contact cleaner and secure the connections.

   Perform continuity test

   Perform a continuity test on the CAN-bus wiring between the A002 and A004 modules. Repair or replace the wiring harness if a break or short to ground is found.

   Replace defective component

   If the wiring and fuses are fully functional, the fault lies within either the A013 fuse board or the A004 Control Console itself. Replace the defective component.

   Perform post-repair calibration

   If the A004 Control Console is replaced, you must perform EOL (End of Line) programming and calibration using the FENDIAS diagnostic tool to pair the new console with the tractor's system and restore valve/joystick operations.
