   Verify the voltage supply for the CAN bus on the A013 fuse board, specifically checking fuses F040 and F041.

   Inspect the wiring harness and the X031 connector at the A002 ECU for corrosion, loose pins, or broken wires.

   Check CAN bus communication lines to the A002 ECU for shorts to ground or breaks.

   Use the tractor's multifunction display or FENDIAS diagnostic tool to read the fault status (active or stored) and view the A002 ECU load counter.

   Secure the Tractor

   Park the tractor on a level surface, turn off the engine, and remove the key.

   Inspect Fuses

   Locate the A013 fuse circuit board. Test and replace fuses F040 and F041 if they are blown.

   Repair Wiring

   If wiring damage is found between the A002 ECU and the control console (A004) or the fuse board (A013), repair the wiring harness according to the electrical circuit diagram (Sheet 22 / 6 or 26, depending on the exact model).

   Replace the ECU (if necessary)

   If the power supply, fuses, and wiring are all intact, the A002 ECU itself has likely failed and must be replaced.

   Reprogramming

   If the A002 ECU is replaced, End-of-Line (EOL) reprogramming or flashing the EPROM with the correct tractor data record will be required using the FENDIAS dealer tool.

   Clear Fault Codes

   Once the repair is complete, clear the fault memory. On the multifunction display, this can generally be done by calling up the fault code and pressing keys D, B, and C simultaneously (Note: Do not clear the memory until the physical fault has been remedied).
