Issue description

The controller detects that the voltage signal coming from the intake manifold pressure sensor (which measures the air pressure/boost going into the engine) has dropped below the acceptable lower limit. This typically points to a short to ground in the sensor circuit, a failed sensor, or a wiring harness issue. Symptoms include limited engine power (derate), Active Exhaust Filter cleaning becoming unavailable, and potential total loss of machine availability.

  5. Installation

    Reconnect the electrical harness, ensuring the connector is fully seated and compatible with the OEM harness. Reconnect the battery.

  7. Verification

    Use a compatible diagnostic tool or the machine's display to clear the stored 000102.04 fault code. Start the engine and verify the new sensor's readings via live data to confirm the repair.
