Issue description
The manifold air temperature input voltage has exceeded the sensor's high voltage specification (typically above 4.9 Volts), indicating an open circuit or a short to power in the sensor itself or its wiring harness.

Check the cause
Check the engine cooling system and radiator for debris, as extreme temperatures can sometimes trigger related intake codes
Inspect the wiring harness leading to the Intake Manifold Air Temperature Sensor for rubbed-through wires (short to power) or broken wires (open circuit)
Disconnect the sensor and inspect the connector pins for corrosion, moisture, or pushed-back terminals
With the key ON and the sensor disconnected, check the reference voltage at the connector to determine if the fault is in the wiring or an internal open circuit within the sensor itself
Repair steps
Turn off the engine, remove the key, and allow the engine to cool.
Locate the Intake Manifold Air Temperature Sensor.
Usually threaded directly into the intake manifold or charge-air piping.
Depress the locking tab and disconnect the electrical pigtail from the sensor.
If the wiring harness is damaged, repair the broken/shorted wires.
Use an approved John Deere wiring repair kit.
If the wiring is intact, use a wrench to unthread and remove the faulty sensor from the manifold.
Install the new sensor.
Thread it in by hand to prevent cross-threading, then tighten it to the OEM torque specification.
Reconnect the electrical connector until it clicks into place.
Turn the key ON and use a diagnostic scan tool to clear the ECU 000105.03 fault code.
Start the engine and verify that the code does not return and that full engine power is restored.
