John Deere 1531: Reel Speed Actuator Not Activated in Increase Speed Mode

The Reel Speed Increase driver detects an open, short, over voltage, or over temperature condition. The Header Control Unit is unable to actuate the Reel Speed Actuator in the increase speed mode until the fault condition is resolved.
