John Deere 1549.13 – ATC: Cab Heater Valve (B131) / Water Valve Motor is not calibrated or has an invalid calibration

Proper calibration of this valve is essential for the HVAC system to accurately regulate cabin temperature based on the control unit's commands.    Verify that the heater valve (B131) can move freely without any physical obstructions or mechanical binding that could prevent it from completing its calibration sweep.

   Check the electrical connections at the water valve motor for bad, loose, pushed-back, or corroded contacts.

   Initiate Calibration

   Connect the appropriate John Deere diagnostic tool or software (Service ADVISOR) to the machine.

   Navigate to the ATC/ETC module and initiate the calibration procedure for the heater valve (B131).
