The engine speed data is either missing entirely or has an abnormal update rate over the CAN network. This is a communication error indicating that the module expecting the engine speed data is not receiving it from the Engine Control Unit (ECU).

   Inspect CAN network wiring between the ECU and the PTF for physical damage, chafing, or loose connections.
