   Check for electrical interference and ensure proper grounding and shielding of the CAN Bus cables.

   Verify communication using Service ADVISOR to monitor CAN Bus messages and test for intermittent connections.

   Check for available software updates or patches for the RPT and ICC/EIC control modules.

   Disconnect Power

   Turn off the machine and disconnect the battery before servicing the electrical system.

   Repair Wiring

   If the diagnostic checks revealed compromised wiring, repair or replace the affected CAN Bus harness sections or connectors.

   Update Software

   If a software patch is available, flash the RPT and Dash Module (ICC/EIC) to the latest software versions.

   Replace the Module

   If the wiring is intact, grounding is secure, and software is up to date, but the Dash Module still cannot receive the CAN messages, the internal CAN transceiver in the Instrument Cluster (ICC/EIC) or the RPT module has likely failed. Replace the faulty module.

   Clear Codes

   Reconnect the battery, turn the key to the ON position, and use a diagnostic tool (or the onboard display interface, if supported) to clear the fault codes.

   Test Operation

   Start the tractor and verify that full functionality has returned and the code does not reset.
