The control software detects a data transfer issue between the transmission control software and the CCU (Chassis Control Unit). The intermittent or non-existent reception of messages from the CCU suggests a physical communication breakdown, such as an open circuit in the CAN bus line, a short circuit, or faulty CAN bus terminating resistors. When this error is active, the control software may limit or completely disable transmission functions, leading to reduced vehicle performance.
