Check the cause

  1. Cycle the Power: Restart the tractor and cycle the key switch to rule out a temporary communication glitch during startup.

  2. Inspect Wiring & Connections: Check the CAN Bus wiring harness between the TIQ and the CCU for loose, corroded, or damaged pins and connectors.

  4. Test Terminating Resistors: Test the network's terminating resistors (they should typically read 60 ohms across the network when powered down, or 120 ohms individually).
