   Attempt Recalibration: Try to recalibrate the E-SCV unit via the John Deere Service ADVISOR tool. If it fails to communicate or calibrate, the unit itself is likely faulty.

   Turn off the machine and disconnect the battery to prevent electrical shorts while working on the CAN network.
