John Deere 2368.05 – ICC, RLC, CLC, FCC: Left Turn Signal Lights Current Below Normal or Open Circuit
Issue description
The system has detected that the electrical current drawing from the left turn signal circuit (which can include the front fender turn signal or cab roof warning lights) is abnormally low—typically below 500 milliamperes (0.5 amps). This indicates an open circuit, which is most commonly caused by a burnt-out light bulb, a broken wire, a disconnected plug, or a faulty ground.

Check the cause
Check condition of the left turn signal light bulb for a blown filament
Inspect the left turn signal bulb socket for corrosion, moisture ingress, or melted contacts
Inspect the wiring harness running from the turn signal housing to the cab roof module (RLC) or instrument cluster (ICC) for chafing, breaks, or loose connectors
Ensure the left turn signal circuit is properly grounded
Repair steps
Power Down
Turn off the machine, remove the key, and ensure the lighting circuit is unpowered.
Access the Bulb
Remove the lens cover from the left front turn signal / warning light assembly.
Inspect and Replace
Remove the bulb. If the glass is dark or the filament is visibly broken, replace the bulb with a new OEM equivalent.
Clean the Contacts
If the bulb appears intact, spray the socket with electrical contact cleaner and use a wire brush to remove any corrosion.
Test the Circuit
Use a multimeter to verify that 12V/14V is reaching the socket when the left turn signal is activated. If there is no voltage, trace the wiring harness back to the RLC/CLC/ICC module to locate and repair the broken wire.
Clear the Code
Reinstall the bulb and lens cover. Turn the key switch on and cycle the tractor power (or use the CommandCenter™ display) to clear the code.
