   Repair Wiring

   If the diagnostic checks reveal a broken wire or damaged connector in the harness, repair or replace the affected wiring segment.

   Clean the Valve

   If the wiring is intact but the valve is heavily carboned, remove the EGR valve and perform a manual cleaning. Reinstall and test.

   Replace the Actuator/Valve
