   Disconnect sensors on the 5V supply #5 circuit one by one. If the voltage returns to normal (5 volts) after unplugging the Hand Throttle Position Sensor, the sensor is internally shorted.

   Check the specific ECU pins related to Sensor Supply 5 for a short to 12V (e.g., on some models, this is tested across pins L14 and L15, or J3-A2 to J3-A3).

   Turn off the engine, set the parking brake, and disconnect the battery to prevent electrical damage.

   If the diagnostic checks revealed damaged wiring in the harness leading to the Hand Throttle Position Sensor, repair the broken/shorted wires or replace the affected harness section.
