   Inspect the wiring harness and electrical connector at the #6 Rear SCV valve for physical damage, corrosion, or loose pins.

   Use a multimeter to test the continuity of the ground circuit from the SCV connector back to the chassis ground. Repair any high resistance or open circuits.

   Check the signal wire between the Rear Chassis Module (SCC) and the SCV valve for a short to a 12V power source.

   If the wiring harness and grounds test good, the fault is likely internal to the SCV's electrical stepper motor.

   Lower all implements to the ground, turn off the engine, and cycle the hydraulic levers/controls to relieve all hydraulic pressure in the system before servicing. Escaping high-pressure fluid can cause serious injury.
