   Check Radio Compatibility: Look at the radio faceplate for the (((XM))) logo. If this marking is not present, the radio unit does not support XM Satellite Radio.

   Verify Country Code Settings: Access the software settings and check that the country code is set to 'US' at address VTI 045. Incorrect regional settings will prevent proper communication.

   Inspect the XM Module Antenna: Ensure that the XM Satellite Radio Module antenna is properly connected, undamaged, and positioned correctly on the cab roof to receive satellite signals.
