   Cycle the ignition switch OFF, wait a few moments, and turn it back ON to see if the system resets and clears the code

   Inspect the radio mute button on the CommandARM for physical damage, debris, or sticking

   Test the controls directly on the radio head unit to verify if the issue is isolated to the armrest button

   Power down tractor and disconnect battery

   Power down the tractor and disconnect the battery to prevent electrical shorts.

   Remove trim panels

   Remove the retaining screws and trim panels on the CommandARM console to access the Cab Switch Module (CSM).

   Disconnect wiring harnesses

   Carefully disconnect the wiring harness connectors from the bottom of the CSM.

   Remove faulty CSM

   Unbolt and remove the faulty Cab Switch Module from the armrest assembly.

   Install replacement CSM

   Install the replacement CSM and secure it with the mounting hardware.

   Reconnect wiring harnesses

   Reconnect the wiring harnesses, ensuring the connectors are fully seated and locked.

   Reinstall trim panels

   Reinstall the CommandARM trim panels.

   Reconnect battery and turn ignition ON

   Reconnect the battery and turn the ignition ON. (Note: Depending on the tractor's software level, a new CSM may require configuration or calibration by a John Deere dealer using Service ADVISOR).
