   Inspect the Left Front Inner Roof Flood Light assembly for physical damage, water intrusion, or a burnt-out/shorted bulb

   Inspect the roof lighting harness interconnects for pinched wires, rubbed insulation, or corrosion that could cause a short to a power source or an open circuit

   Test the voltage at the connector for the left front inner work light using a multimeter and compare it against the right side to confirm the anomaly

   Check the pin connections directly at the RLC (Cab Roof Module) to ensure they are seated properly and free of corrosion

   Power Down

   Turn off the machine and disconnect the battery to prevent electrical shock or further module damage while servicing.

   Access the Roof Harness

   Remove the necessary cab roof panels to access the RLC module and the front inner lighting harness.

   Isolate the Fault

   Disconnect the Left Front Inner Roof Flood Light. Reconnect the battery and clear the code. If the code changes to a "Current Low" or "Open" code (like 521539.05), the fault is internal to the light assembly. If the 521539.03 code persists, the fault is in the wiring harness or the RLC module.

   Repair/Replace

   If the wiring is shorted, repair the damaged section of the roof lighting harness or replace the harness. If the light assembly is faulty, replace the Left Front Inner Roof Flood Light. If the harness and light test good, replace the RLC module.

   Reassembly and Verification

   Reconnect all components, restore battery power, clear the stored fault codes via the diagnostic monitor, and turn on the work lights to verify the repair.
