John Deere 521556.05 – RLC: Current Below Normal or Open Circuit on the front middle right roof work light

Check the cause
Cycle the key switch to see if the code clears on the CommandCenter™ display
Turn on the work lights and visually verify if the front middle right roof work light is illuminated
Check the wiring harness between the RLC and the light fixture for disconnected plugs, corroded pins, or pinched wires causing an open circuit
Repair steps
Turn off the tractor and ensure the lighting circuit is unpowered.
Locate the front middle right work light fixture on the cab roof.
Push down on the light fixture tab to release the housing from the cab roof.
Pull the fixture out slightly to access the rear of the housing.
Turn the bulb 1/4 turn counterclockwise to remove it from the fixture.
Inspect the bulb filament.
If it is broken (causing the open circuit/low amps), discard the bulb.
Insert the new replacement bulb into the fixture and turn it 1/4 turn clockwise to lock it in place.
Push the fixture back into the cab roof until it seats fully and the retaining tab snaps into place.
Turn the key switch on and test the work lights to ensure the fault code clears.
