   Check the OIC (Cab Module) for other active priority fault codes (such as 522011.02) before proceeding

   Verify CAN bus communication using a diagnostic tool (e.g., John Deere Service Advisor or Jaltest) to ensure messages are transmitting between the OIC and RPT/PTF

   Check the overall integrity of the OIC control system, specifically inspecting the power supply and grounding for intermittent issues

   Inspect the CAN bus wiring lines connecting the cab to the rear/front chassis for loose wires, damaged harness sections, or corroded pins

   Repair CAN Wiring

   If the software is up to date but communication is still dropping, trace the CAN bus harness between the OIC (Cab) and RPT (Rear Chassis). Repair or replace any damaged wiring or connectors.

   If power, ground, and CAN wiring all test good, and software updates fail to resolve the internal fault, the OIC (Operator Information Center) module itself has suffered an internal hardware failure and must be replaced.
