John Deere 522149.14 – Main Control Module (TIQ): Internal fault with the module software configuration
Issue description
The control software has detected an active condition that forces the machine to limit its functionality, resulting in reduced ground speed.

Check the cause
Check for companion codes (such as TID codes) using diagnostic tools that might pinpoint the root cause of the internal error
Inspect wiring and connections for any loose, rubbed-through, or damaged wiring connected to the control module and related speed/brake sensors (e.g., Left-Hand brake pressure sensor connector)
Repair steps
Address Physical Damage
Repair or replace any faulty wiring connections, broken pins, seals, or connector housings found during the visual inspection.
Address Companion Faults
Diagnose and repair any other active fault codes that are forcing the TIQ module into a speed-limited state.
Engine Restart (Active Fault)
If the condition causing the speed limitation is currently active (indicated by the .14 extension), restart the engine to attempt recovery and reset the module.
Clear and Test
Once repairs are made, clear the stored codes. Run and drive the tractor to ensure no codes return to an active state upon startup. (Note: If the code changes to 522149.31, the fault is inactive. To recover from an inactive state, reduce the requested speed by changing the selected gear/transmission lever position, or move the reverser to park or neutral.)
