Issue description
The control software triggers this code when it detects that the electrical current (amp draw) at the proportional solenoid valve—which is responsible for damping the cab suspension—is below the expected threshold. This condition is typically caused by an open circuit, a loose wire, a defective wiring harness, or an internally failed solenoid coil. As a safety reaction, the control software will limit or disable the functionality of the active cab suspension to prevent improper operation and potential damage due to insufficient damping control.

Check the cause
Inspect all wiring and connections at the cab suspension control block (located at the rear chassis) for looseness, corrosion, or physical damage. Ensure the connector to the proportional solenoid is secure and intact.
Test the continuity of the electrical circuit feeding the solenoid valve from the CSC module using a multimeter. Look for any breaks, chafed wires shorting to ground, or defects in the wiring harness.
Test the resistance (Ohms) of the solenoid coil itself to ensure it is functioning correctly and falls within the specified OEM current range. An infinite reading indicates an open/burnt coil.
Verify the settings in the control software to ensure they are correctly configured for the solenoid valve's operation.
Repair steps
Power Down
Turn off the tractor and disconnect the battery to ensure safety while working on the electrical and hydraulic systems.
Locate the Valve
Locate the cab suspension proportional solenoid valve on the hydraulic control block at the rear chassis.
Disconnect
Unplug the wiring harness connector from the solenoid valve.
Harness Repair (If Applicable)
If the diagnostic tests revealed a wiring issue, repair or replace the damaged section of the harness or the connector.
Solenoid Replacement (If Applicable)

Start the tractor and perform comprehensive tests on the cab suspension system to confirm that the solenoid valve is operating correctly and providing the necessary damping without throwing the code again.
