Check the cause

  1. Inspect all wiring and connections at the cab suspension control block (located at the rear chassis) for looseness, corrosion, or physical damage. Ensure the connector to the proportional solenoid is secure and intact.

  2. Test the continuity of the electrical circuit feeding the solenoid valve from the CSC module using a multimeter. Look for any breaks, chafed wires shorting to ground, or defects in the wiring harness.

  3. Test the resistance (Ohms) of the solenoid coil itself to ensure it is functioning correctly and falls within the specified OEM current range. An infinite reading indicates an open/burnt coil.

  4. Verify the settings in the control software to ensure they are correctly configured for the solenoid valve's operation.

Repair steps

  1. Power Down

    Turn off the tractor and disconnect the battery to ensure safety while working on the electrical and hydraulic systems.

  2. Locate the Valve

    Locate the cab suspension proportional solenoid valve on the hydraulic control block at the rear chassis.

  3. Disconnect

    Unplug the wiring harness connector from the solenoid valve.
