   Restart the engine to verify if the active Diagnostic Trouble Code reappears, as resetting communication messages may clear it.

   Examine the wiring harness and connectors in the horn circuit for any signs of short circuits, such as damaged insulation, corrosion, or exposed wires touching the frame.

   Use a multimeter to measure the current draw in the horn circuit to confirm it is actually exceeding the 7-amp threshold.

   Verify that the relay and fuse for the horn circuit are correctly rated (7 amps) and are not malfunctioning.

   Ensure the horn itself is not internally shorted, which would cause it to draw excessive current.

   Locate fuse panel

   Turn off the machine and locate the Vehicle Load Center (VLC) fuse panel.

   Inspect fuse
