   Inspect power supply and charging system by testing battery voltage with the engine running (spikes above 15-16V indicate overcharging).

   Examine the wiring harness leading to the CCU or CSC for damaged wires, chafing, or signs of a short circuit to a higher voltage source.

   If the alternator output is within normal limits (13.5V - 14.4V), trace the power supply wiring harness to the CCU/CSC module. Look for pinched wires or melted insulation causing a short circuit.

   Clear Codes and Test

   Reconnect all components, clear the 523666.03 fault code using a diagnostic tool, and run the machine to verify the code does not return and the module has regained full functionality.
