The control unit is receiving an incorrect, missing, or corrupted CAN BUS message regarding the Y74 Solenoid, which controls the Power Take-Off (PTO) Speed 2. This can be caused by a wiring issue, a faulty solenoid, or a communication failure between the power module and the control software.

   Inspect the Rear Chassis harness wiring and connectors associated with the Y74 solenoid (leads 7106 and 0232) for worn insulation, exposed wires, or shorts.

   Use a multimeter to test the Y74 solenoid circuit for continuity, ensuring no open circuit or short to ground.

   Measure the supply voltage at the output to the Y74 solenoid when activated (drops below 2V-3V indicate a faulty fuse like F02 PLB/02 or failing power module).

   Test the Y74 solenoid current draw (less than 500 mA indicates an open circuit, over 30 amps indicates a severe short).

   Verify the integrity of the CAN BUS communication lines between the RPT module and the BCU/PC5.

   Turn off the tractor and disconnect the battery to prevent electrical damage during repairs.
