   Measure voltage directly at the ESCV 1 stepper motor harness to confirm if it is receiving over 16 volts

   Inspect the charging system (battery health and alternator output) to see if a faulty alternator voltage regulator is causing system-wide voltage spikes exceeding 16V

   Inspect the wiring harness between the SIC control unit and the ESCV 1 stepper motor for any shorts to power

   Test the stepper motor itself to ensure it has not been internally shorted or damaged due to the high voltage condition

   Resolve Power Supply Issues
