   Inspect the wiring harness associated with the B62 Hydrostatic Speed Sensor (specifically lead 6095 / Channel 2) for any signs of chafing, melting, or damage that could cause a short to ground.

   Disconnect the sensor and inspect the connector pins for corrosion, moisture, or bent terminals.

   Perform a continuity test on the sensor circuit back to the PTA/TCU module to verify if the short to ground is in the wiring harness or internal to the sensor itself.

   Check for related active codes (such as 523917.03 or 523917.08) which might indicate broader frequency mismatch or voltage issues across both sensor channels.

   Power Down

   Turn off the tractor and disconnect the battery to ensure safety while working on the transmission electrical circuits.

   Locate the Sensor

   Locate the B62 Hydrostatic Speed Sensor on the hydrostatic unit of the IVT transmission.

   Harness Repair (If Applicable)

   If the diagnostic tests revealed a short to ground in the wiring harness (lead 6095), repair or replace the damaged section of the wiring harness and install a new connector if necessary.
