   Check for related DTCs (e.g., 523917.03, 523917.04, 524233.03, 524233.04) which indicate a short to ground or open circuit on Channel 1 or Channel 2 of the sensor

   Perform a circuit/harness test on the B62 sensor leads (specifically leads 6089 and 6095). Check for damaged wires, corrosion, or loose pins at the sensor connector and the PTA/TCU module

   Ensure the hydrostatic speed sensor is properly seated, aligned, and installed securely in the transmission housing

   Perform transmission pressure tests to rule out internal mechanical or hydraulic slippage causing an actual speed mismatch (if sensor and wiring test fine)

   Power Down

   Turn off the tractor, remove the key, and engage the park brake.

   Locate the Sensor

   Locate the B62 Hydrostatic Speed Sensor on the IVT transmission housing.

   Using a multimeter, verify that the sensor is receiving proper reference voltage and ground from the PTA/TCU controller.
