Voltage at the SCV I control lever sensor falls below 0.2 volts, indicating potential electrical issues such as an insufficient power supply, a disconnected wire, or an internally failing sensor.    Set the SCV I control lever to the neutral position to see if the system recovers

   Use a multimeter to verify the voltage output at the sensor (ensure the power source and wiring integrity are providing operational voltage not below 0.2 volts)

   Check the configuration of the SCV I lever at ACU Address 060 to ensure it is correctly configured according to manufacturer guidelines

   Resolve Wiring Issues

   If the diagnostic checks reveal damaged wiring, shorts, or corroded pins at the connector, repair the wiring harness or clean the terminals.

   Replace the Sensor/Switch

   If the wiring and power supply are intact but the sensor voltage remains below 0.2 volts, the SCV I control lever switch/sensor is internally faulty and must be replaced.

   Recalibrate

   After replacing the sensor or repairing the electrical issue, recalibrate or reset the sensor settings via the CommandCenter/Service Advisor to ensure it operates correctly within the control system.
